Under and by virtue of the authority vested in me in Section 105-369 of the North Carolina General Statutes and pursuant to an order of the Board of
Commissioners of Cumberland County, I am hereby advertising tax liens upon the real estate described below. The amount advertised will be increased by
interest and costs and the omission of interest aend costs from the amounts advertised will not constitute waiver of the taxing unit’s claim for those
items. The real estate that is subject to the lien is listed in the name of the record owner as of the date the taxes became delinquent and the
principle amount of the taxes is set out in the advertisement below. If the taxes remain unpaid, the taxing unit will foreclose the tax liens and sell
the property subject to the liens in satisfaction of its claim for the taxes.

General Information Regarding The Advertisement of Tax Liens:
North Carolina law requires local tax collectors to annually advertise current year unpaid taxes
levied on real estate. Real Estate taxes for 2021
became past due on January 6, 2022, and
interest began to accrue on that date. Any payment received after
June 2, 2022 is
charged an advertising fee in addition to applicable interest.
