FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Government offices and the court system will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. This closing includes all library locations, all Solid Waste landfills and container sites, and Animal Services.
All Cumberland County Public Library branches will close at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3., and operate as normal on Friday, July 5. All libraries will be open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Headquarters, Cliffdale Regional and North Regional libraries will be open on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m.
