What is the Maternity Clinic?
Maternity Clinic offers complete low risk prenatal care and delivery services for any pregnant Cumberland County resident. Services include: physical exams, laboratory testing and prenatal healthy lifestyle education. We offer smoking cessation and childbirth classes, conduct psychological screenings and provide referrals to outside agencies as necessary. Fees for service are based on family size and income.
Who is eligible for Maternal Health Services?
All pregnant females are eligible.
What can you do for me?
We provide prenatal care to women that will improve the health status of the mother to increase chances of delivering a healthy infant. The services include prenatal care, delivery, low-risk OB care, and lab services.

What does it cost?
The fees are based on income and number of persons in your household (sliding fee scale). Insurance, Medicaid, Self Pay, Carolina Access are accepted.

You can schedule an appointment by calling 910-433-3600, ext. 1, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are located on the second floor of the Cumberland County Department of Public Health.
