Contact the North Carolina Customer Service Center at 1-800-992-9457 or by visiting the North Carolina Child Support website. The NCCSS hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. except for state holidays. The Customer Service Center has an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) available 24 hours a day.
