E-verifyCONTRACTOR shall comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes. Further, if CONTRACTOR utilizes a subcontractor, CONTRACTOR shall require the subcontractor to comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes.
Iran Divestment Act CertificationCONTRACTOR hereby certifies that CONTRACTOR, and all subcontractors, are not on the Iran Final Divestment List (“List”) created by the North Carolina State Treasurer pursuant to N.C.G.S. 147-86.55-69. CONTRACTOR shall not utilize any subcontractor that is identified on the List.
Notice to VendorsTo the extent required by law, the following federal contract provisions required under the Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. § 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II) apply to all Cumberland County purchases by P-card, Purchase Orders or Contracts paid for in part or whole with federal funds.
