CUMBERLAND COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

PROGRAM YEAR (PY) 2025–2030 CONSOLIDATED PLAN, PY 2025 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

In continuing our efforts to enhance citizen participation among County residents, Cumberland County Community Development (CCCD) invite you to register for our public hearings that will allow you to learn more about funding programs, voice your opinions, and ask questions.

The Five-Year Consolidated Plan is a report that must be submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which describes the needs and available resources in the community. The Five-Year Consolidated Plan also establishes strategies and goals that Community Development will undertake to meet the needs of the community during the next five years (July 1, 2025, thru June 30, 2030). The Annual Action Plan describes specific projects that will be undertaken in the 2025 Program Year, which will begin July 1, 2025.

Cumberland County encourages residents and agencies to provide feedback about the 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) and Annual Action Plan (AAP). Community Development will host 2-day virtual public hearings scheduled March 25th-26th 2025.

Each public hearing will include a formal presentation Please register and attend one of the following sessions:

• March 25   8-9 a.m.      &   10-11 a.m.    Morning Session
• March 25   1-2 p.m.      &   3-4 p.m.        Afternoon Session

• March 26   8-9 a.m.      &   10-11 a.m.   Morning Session
• March 26   1-2 p.m.      &   3-4 p.m.       Afternoon Session
