The Access and Visitation Program provides assistance to noncustodial parents who do not have court-ordered access to their children, have need of a more specific order, or want to take legal action because they believe the custodial parent violated the current visitation court order. This program helps link parents to resources in the community including educational and job training programs.
The Access and Visitation Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse, 117 Dick Street, Suite 200F, Fayetteville, NC 28301 and are open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. -5 p.m.
