The aim of the Recovery Resource Center is to create a resource hub individuals impacted by substance use and seeking recovery support services. The Center serves individuals at any stage of the recovery journey.
The Recovery Resource Center is an initiative of the Cumberland-Fayetteville Opioid Response Team. The Center is supported by community partners and made possible with Opioid Settlement Funds.
Walk-Ins are always welcome. The Center offers a range of services, classes, and events supported by our community partners. Visit our calendar for more information about the availability of specific services.
Get Connected with a Peer Support Specialist
Peer Support Specialists (PSS) are people living in recovery with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and who provide support to others who can benefit from their lived experiences.
A certified peer support specialist is a part of the Recovery Center Team. The PSS is available to assist you connecting with local treatment resources, developing new skills, housing, transportation, and employment resources
Attend a Recovery Group
SMART Recovery is an evidenced-informed recovery method. SMART is a transformative method of moving from addictive substances and negative behaviors to a life of positive self-regard and willingness to change.

Get Naloxone
Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids—including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioid medications—when given in time. Naloxone is available for free at the recovery center.

Resources are available for friends and family of individuals at any stage of their recovery journey. Join us to learn more about talking with a loved one, using a naloxone kit, getting access to medication disposal bags, or attending a friends and family recovery group.
