FAYETTEVILLE, N. C. – Headquarters Library, located at 300 Maiden Ln., Fayetteville, will close Saturday, Sept. 28 through Sunday, Sept. 29 due to street closures associated with the International Folk Festival. All other Cumberland County Public Library locations will operate with regular schedules.
