District 9 Early Voting Hours Altered Due to Hurricane Dorian

Early voting will be available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Board of Elections office at 227 Fountainhead Lane on Thursday, Sept. 5. The early voting site at East Regional Library will be closed on Thursday.
The Cumberland County Board of Elections met at 5 p.m. Sept. 4 to address changing the early voting schedule for the District 9 election due to Hurricane Dorian. The board voted to follow the County government’s closing schedule for Thursday.
Early voting will be available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Board of Elections office at 227 Fountainhead Lane on Thursday, Sept. 5. The early voting site at East Regional Library will be closed on Thursday.
At this time the hours for both early voting sites have not been established for Friday, Sept. 6. The Board of Elections will follow the County’s guidance for operations on Friday and an announcement will be made by early Friday morning.
