FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Schedules, Standards and Rules, and the Use-Value Schedule of Values to be used in the 2025 Revaluation of real property in Cumberland County were adopted by the Board of Commissioners at their regular meeting held Nov. 4, 2024, in the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse.
A property owner who asserts that the Schedules, Standards, and Rules, or the Use-Value Schedule of Values are invalid, may take exception thereto and appeal there from to the NC Property Tax Commission within 30 days of the date the notice, which was first published in The Fayetteville Observer on Nov. 5, 2024.
The Schedules, Standards, and Rules and the Use-Value Schedule of Value are available online by going to the Tax Administration website at cumberlandcountync.gov/departments/tax and clicking on the 2025 Proposed Schedule of Values tab. The schedules, rules and values are also available in the Tax Administrator’s office located in Room 570 on the 5th floor of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse, 116 Dick St., Fayetteville.
