FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Due to anticipated winter weather expected to arrive in Cumberland County late this afternoon and evening, and out of an abundance of caution, the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners meeting scheduled for tonight, Jan. 21, 2025, at 6:45 p.m., has been canceled and rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will take place in Room 118 of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse, located at 117 Dick St. in Fayetteville.
In addition, the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners Policy Committee meeting scheduled for today, Jan. 21, 2025, at 4 p.m., has also been canceled and rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, at 4 p.m. The meeting will take place in Room 564 of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse, located at 117 Dick St. in Fayetteville.
The public is invited to attend both meetings.
