FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Tax Administrator Joseph Utley presented the Schedules, Standards and Rules to be used in the 2025 revaluation of real property to the Board of Commissioners this morning.
A copy of the manual, generally referred to as the Schedule of Values, is available online at
cumberlandcountync.gov/tax and in the Tax Administrator’s office, Room 570, in the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse at 117 Dick Street.
The Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed Schedules, Standards and Rules, which outline the revaluation processes and formulas, on Oct. 21 at 6:45 p.m. in Room 118 of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse.
