FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Public Library will host the quarterly Friends of the Cumberland County Public Library Book Sale beginning Monday, Nov. 18 at Headquarters Library, located at 300 Maiden Ln. in Fayetteville.
Book sale times for Friends Members are Monday, Nov. 18 from 12 to 6 p.m. and public sales are Friday, Nov. 22, from 12 to 5 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 24, from 2 to 5 p.m.

Members of the public may sign up to join the Friends of the Cumberland County Public Library, Inc. at the sale or before the sale at any library branch or online.
Patrons are encouraged to sign up for a free library card while attending the book sale, or anytime online or in person at any library branch.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION: There is ongoing road construction near the library on Ray Ave., at the traffic circle and part of Maiden Ln. Patrons can access the free parking lot on the side of the library (Maiden Ln.). Sale visitors are asked to refrain from parking in the staff parking lot off Ray Ave. on Monday and Friday, as there will be equipment and construction employees in the roadway.
Upon arrival, patrons are asked to follow signs to the entrance at the lower level of the library. If parking on the side of the library, visitors may enter through the door immediately on the left at the bottom of the stairs leading to Cross Creek.
PAID PARKING: Patrons should note the parking lot directly across from the library, as well as street parking, is not free. Parking in these areas without paying may result in a parking ticket.
