FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Dec. 2, 2024, at 7 p.m. in the Crown Ballroom, located at 1960 Coliseum Dr., Fayetteville. This meeting will replace the Board’s regularly scheduled meeting on that date.
During the ceremony, newly elected commissioners will be sworn into office. The oaths of office will be administered to Commissioners Kirk deViere, Pavan D. Patel and Henry Tyson. Following the swearing-in, the new Board will elect its chair and vice chair for the upcoming term.
Parking Information:
Attendees are encouraged to park in the West VIP parking lot of the Crown Complex, located at 1960 Coliseum Dr., Fayetteville. Directional signs will be placed to guide visitors to the designated parking area.

The ceremony will also be broadcast on Cumberland County North Carolina TV (CCNCTV), accessible through the County’s website at cumberlandcountync.gov, Spectrum Cable Channel 5 and on the CCNCTV app via Roku, Apple TV, and FireTV.
